Creative UI/Product Designer (Senior)

Benchmarked salary between £45,000 to £55,000 based on your skill levels

We are a 14 people strong fresh & open minded startup looking to redefine play or 3D creation based on our cutting edge Machine Learning. We believe that the best ideas win. What we do
Our product is a developer tool (you might also call it an app, software, platform or cloud service) that can understand any static 3D asset and adds animations to them accordingly using AI and Machine Learning. It’s made for developers to make it easier to create games, AR/VR experiences and anything interactive that involves 3D assets and animation. We work with Clients like Instagram, Meta, Warner Music, Atlantic Records, RocNation, Sony, Snap as well as avatar companies like Genies and ReadyPlayerMe. We create a variety of games, apps, websites and 3D experiences. The promise of our platform is that you can use your voice to ask for whatever you want and then play with it. We just launched Beta and already have partnerships and prototypes in development with some incredibly innovative brands, so now is the perfect time to join us!

Our Culture
Our progressive female lead team is assembled of rockstars from all corners of the word (Argentina, China, India, Germany, Poland and the good old UK). We love what we do and are passionate and proud of our work but don’t take ourselves too seriously. After all, we want to have fun and promote a healthy work life balance.

The Creative Team
In the studio are currently 3 Creatives/Designers and 2 Marketing folks. We work together with a wide range of top class 3D web developers, Unity & Unreal Developers, Maya, Blender & Cinema4D folks to create the most engaging apps, games and interactive experiences.

🔥THE ROLE
👀 Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for a hyper creative individual who gets stuff done and is fun to work with. 100% vibes. The most fitting candidate will be strong on visuals, product UI designs and aesthetics. He/ she/they must be comfortable owning the design process from end to end. We are a small creative shop with big ambitions. Our team is closely knit and we’re looking to cultivate the most positive energy within a competitive space. This is a Mid Weight level position, and we expect candidates to share a robust portfolio of visual designs as part of the application process. In the near term, this is not a people manager position.

✏️ What you’ll be doing: (Yes It’s that part with the bullet points)

• Concepts/storyboards/look & feel for websites, games and apps
• Designs for Anything World’s Website
• UI Designs for our 3D object and animation web gallery
• UI Designs for our ‘upload website tool’
• UI Design for our Unity and Unreal softwares
• UI Designs and Branding for showcase apps, partnership projects and mini games
• Design marketing content for social media
• Oversee and quality control the output of the marketing team
• Work closely together and art direct 3D artists and 3D developers
• Designing internal presentation and pitches
• Designing our online Store for our merch and the our merch itself

🚀 Qualifications:

• 5 years + experience working as a UI Designer on successful digitals product (like apps mobile games, pc /console games or developer tools)
• A strong understanding of typography, graphic design and contemporary aesthetics
• A strong understanding of a variety of skills and softwares such as: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe
• Illustrator, Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects
• The ability to work in a lean startup environment, creating work quickly for release
• Prior experience working in a team 3D Artists & 3D developers and providing clear feedback

💎 Nice to haves:

• Base knowledge of 3D software such as: Blender, Cinema4D or Maya
• Be familiar with Unity or and Unreal and the technical constraints/considerations of interactive production
• Love for games, interactivity and interest in cutting edge technology
