We are looking for a talented Mid-weight designer with working experience across brand identity, communications, and excellent digital capabilities. An ambitious designer with roughly 3-5 years of industry experience.

We’re interested in meeting conceptual thinkers and creatives who can demonstrate experience across a range of skills, including:

• An eye for exceptional design
• Attention to detail
• A thorough understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud
• A good understanding of UX/UI design
• A good understanding of XD & After Effects
• A great communicator, able to explain and articulate their ideas
• Experienced with typography, colour, layout, and imagery and how to combine these elements to embody a brand’s personality, voice, and values.
• The ability to self-manage and maintain a responsibility to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Comfortable working within a team and confident in participating in meetings and interactions with clients.

Interview process
We like to keep the interview process simple and informal. We want you to be at your best on the day.

Interview 1: We will ask you to talk about your experience and a couple of projects you love. We’d also like to know who you are and how you see the world. You can come to the studio at this stage, or we can talk via Zoom.

Interview 2: If you are asked back for a second interview, we will discuss the role and your projects in more detail. Out of preference, we would like this interview to be at our studio. Also, it is an excellent time for us and you to ask as many questions as possible.
