We’re looking for a mid-senior 3D artist who lives and breathes in X, Y and Z.

Someone who’s as comfortable dealing with keyframes, cameras and character animation pipelines, as they are with client meetings and team catch-ups.

They’ll have a creative mind and experienced hands — someone to help to guide and nurture the 3D team at Art&Graft with a blistering artistic vision and a thirst for new technologies.

Applying their top-notch talent to a range of 3D projects across the studio, with an expert knowledge of Cinema 4D and Redshift and ideally with a working understanding of Maya. As a bonus they may even have some Substance Painter, Houdini and real-time rendering skills in their locker.

Who You Are

A proactive and enthusiastic creative with a passion for 3D design and animation.

Excellent time-management, organisational skills and an ability to lead others to produce 3D output to the high standard required.

A strong desire to keep up-to-date with emerging 3D technologies and animation techniques, and to communicate this with the wider Art&Graft creative team.

Great communication and presentation skills; willing and able to strongly justify a creative thought and position.

Passionate about the creative industry; tenacious in doing the best job for the client and studio.

Can cope with the pressure of working on multiple projects with conflicting requirements.

What You’ll Do

A lead 3D role across Art&Graft’s creative output.

Responsible for leading the design, development and execution of 3D projects and managing the project teams to achieve these goals.

Develop and devise creative solutions that can communicate the client’s messages with the highest visual impact, with an emphasis on 3D briefs.

Work in conjunction with the Creative Director to achieve the delivery of effective 3D-led creative solutions.

Offer the technical support to the Creative Director to help realise a specific creative approach (technique & pipeline).

Assemble project decks, present and justify creative concepts and outputs to clients.

Lead internal 3D team sessions throughout the duration of projects.

Collaborate effectively with other creatives, in-house and freelance, to achieve highest standards in Art&Graft’s creative output.

Lead, support and work with Art&Graft’s creative and production team to generate ideas for pitching and proposals.

Inspire, lead and nurture the team around you.
