THE ROLE

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our team. You must have a strong creative skillset as the role requires an imaginative and collaborative outlook bringing passion, ideas and commercial sensibility to all projects. The role requires an excellent visual communicator and team player to assist in the creation of print and digital assets promoting a varied array of promotional campaigns. Working closely with the Senior Designer team you’ll be responsible for multiple projects, adhering to strict deadlines, whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail as standard. Excellent communication skills are essential with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and adapt to feedback effortlessly.

Reporting to the Head of Design.

This is a full-time office based role at Picturehouse Cinemas Ltd, 7th Floor, St Vincent House, 30 Orange Street, London, WC2H 7HH, with a view to start from early September 2022.

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Enthusiastic and collaborative.
  • Demonstrable experience with creating or adapting key-art.
  • Experience with creating artwork and layouts for large format, print and digital.
  • Experience with creating social media and email campaigns.
  • Excellent time management and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
  • Strong on visualising ideas and taking them through to production.
  • A portfolio full of creative ideas and multidisciplinary projects.

  • Responsive – ability to work on multiple projects and respond in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledgeable – highly skilled across Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and preferably After Effects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce year round artwork for a variety of cinematic campaigns.
  • Perform regular design duties keeping the website and cinemas up to date and on brand.
  • Deliver print ready artwork to external printers.
  • Oversee and approve print jobs submitted by the cinema teams.
  • Assist with bespoke branding and opening campaigns for new cinemas.
  • Managing digital content across the estate.
  • Co-ordinating invoices, raising purchase orders and updating budgets.
  • Undertaking any other duties which may be reasonably requested of you by the design department.

SALARY

We offer a salary of £30,000 – 34,000 per annum based on experience, plus bonus opportunities
and a generous staff package.
