Design your own job spec!

Factory is working on a range of new business specialist opportunities. Some are larger agencies and some smaller, but all are independent businesses requiring a new business specialist to work closely with the leadership team. You’ll be joining as the advisor and educating these companies on best practice, as well as going out to win business on their behalf.

Each agency has reached a point where their organic, word of mouth, recommendations and pro-active networking has got them to a point, but they now need to think more strategically and invest in a new addition to the team. They want to fully focus on new and existing business development.

You’ll be designing the strategy, marketing and looking at the agency’s own brand to design and formulate the wider focus of the agency discipline, as well as a target plan of how to expand their current and new client base.
