Maybe you work in-house and now want to experience the variety of agency life? Or perhaps, you’ve already got some agency experience, but want to work with charity and not-for-profit clients? Or maybe you’ve been freelancing or taken a career break and are now ready to join a vibrant and fast-paced team again?
Whatever your background, if you have at least a couple of years experience, a passion for digital, and want to make the world a better place, we want to hear from you!
This is an important role within our creative department as we look to grow the team. You’ll work with Art Directors, Artworkers and Copywriters across our full roster of charity clients to deliver highly effective and inspiring creative.
Briefs will include projects such as storyboards and animatics for film and TV, motion graphics and simple animations for social media and digital support on large integrated multi-channel campaigns. You’ll help bring the vision of our Art Directors to life, have a keen eye for detail and a passion for digital channels. You’ll be a natural with After Effects, Premiere Pro and Photoshop and proficient in InDesign and Illustrator. Whether you already have charity experience or not, you’ll be excited to learn about the art of fundraising and responsive design.
Though this is primarily a digital role, you’ll also have the opportunity to work on offline campaigns. As such, we’re looking for a real all-rounder who is happy to try new things and learn and develop new skills. At Open, we believe in growing our people, so training and development will also be available to bridge any skills gaps.

Our office is situated in Holborn Studios, besides the Regent’s Canal, and just a short walk from both Angel and Old Street tube stations. We are increasingly working back in our office, but there are still days where we work from home. Just a short bus ride from both Farringdon and King’s Cross, we also have a number of employees based outside of London who commute a few days a week. Though this is a permanent, full-time role, we’re also happy to discuss flexible working for the right candidate.
