SCOPE AND IMPACT

We are looking for a talented In-House Designer to join our team. You will be part of the marketing team and the custodian for our Brand. As our In-House Designer you will play a key role in establishing a strong and irresistible brand by delivering, dynamic, engaging and quality design work across various projects, to enhance and support on the company’s marketing activity, including website, client projects, social media content, email campaigns, corporate literature, events and sales assets and collateral.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and develop our brand identity and purpose consistently across all channels and materials, acting as a brand ambassador, taking our visual identity to new heights
  • Take a key role in working on RFPs and digital mockups to support winning new client business
  • Deliver visual content in keeping with the marketing plan
  • Bring creative briefs and campaigns to life from concept to delivery
  • Develop and evolve brand guidelines
  • Ensure design work across the business adheres to brand guidelines and creates a consistent and seamless experience across all touch points
  • Keep on top of the latest design trends, changing technologies and evolving market demands to be the expert design voice within our business.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience of working in a stand-alone in-house design role or part of a small team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring progress is clearly communicated and all deadlines met
  • Experience in an in-house role
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to clearly articulate design ideas and present them to the business
  • Advance proficiency in using design software
  • Experience in delivering high quality and engaging digital content, both static and interactive including documents and imagery, e.g. Interactive PDF’s and GIFS
  • Experience of creating and editing videos would be a plus
  • Experience of data visualisations and design.
