Daily Routine:

– Prepare and conduct client workshops that aim to understand and distill their problems
– Design top-notch user interfaces from concept to handoff
– Mentor less experienced designers and contribute to improving our design workflow
– Maintain a positive relationship with clients and project stakeholders
– Participate in our internal side projects where we experiment with industry shifting ideas

You Bring:

– Five or more real-life, launched projects in your portfolio on both desktop and mobile
– Fluency in English (Polish is not necessary)
– Mastery in design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite
– Confidence in presenting your work as if you’d tell a great story
– Full understanding of human centered design process with both UX and UI skills
-Team player spirit and leadership attitude
– It would be of a great benefit if you’re passionate about sustainable transportation and automotive industry issues, as we’re a bit of a freaks about it 😉

We Offer:

– Salary based on your experience and skills: £33k – £44k on a service contract (B2B), 20 days off, paid sick leave
