We’re recruiting on behalf of a spirited lifestyle brand who are at an exciting stage of growth and looking for an experienced senior to lead and deliver their creative output. This is an entrepreneurial business ready for change. They have a small in-house creative team but are in a phase of growth. The Opportunity

This is a super-exciting time to be joining the business. Working closely with the Founder and Creative Director you will have a huge impact on how the brand develops creatively over the next few years. The creative scope is very broad and will include campaigns, video content, new product launches, brand communications and digital. We’re looking for someone who is brimming over with ideas and is conceptually strong, as well as having an acute eye for design detail and the creative flourishes that make the difference.

You will be responsible for ensuring creative projects are effective and on-brand; providing direction and inspiration to the creative team and championing a culture of creativity throughout the wider business. The role would suit someone who has previous experience in a similar role but might be looking for an environment where they can have more of a creative impact and add significant value to how the brand and products are strengthened. Essential to the role is a solid experience in digital design ideally for a lifestyle/retail brand.

Our ideal candidate:

Will need to be an established Senior, confident in leading projects but equally comfortable with the day-to-day hands-on design work.

Proven industry experience in the field of UI and digital design, with the ability to take on all aspects of the role.

Is proficient in design tools such as Photoshop and Indesign (Sketch and HTML would be advantageous but not imperative)

Should be conceptually creative and inventive with the emotional intelligence to craft highly successful campaigns that connect with people.

Has sound creative judgment and influence.

Outstanding communication skills and a natural ability to connect with and influence stakeholders and decision-makers across the business.

Will have previous experience working with lifestyle brands and impeccable taste levels, demonstrated in a highly impressive folio of recognisable work.

Is confident in delivering outstanding work across all communication channels.
